Paul is Managing Director of POD Architects and has worked extensively on the design and construction of major mixed use, residential, retail, office and transportation projects in the UK and throughout Europe. Paul’s drive is to ensure POD provides good design coupled with efficiency and a clear understanding of client needs. The practice reflects this with a broad geographic spread of projects.

Jonathan Bethel
Development Director
Jonathan is the Development Director at POD Architects and has worked for the practice for 3 years. He has been instrumental in identifying sites and opportunities for clients and turning their assets into opportunities. At POD he has developed the practices Affordable, Build to Rent and Market Sale Housing portfolio delivering schemes across the country up to tender stage.

Ryan Shedden
Design Director
Ryan is Director Director at POD Architects and first started at the company in 2010. Ryan has a proven track record of delivering large scale complex mixed-use housing developments across the UK. Ryan manages the team at POD with a focus on ensuring a high threshold of design quality whilst delivering a coordinated design between consultants that meets standards and provides value for clients.

Robert Pike
Associate
Robert is Associate at POD Architects and he brings a wealth of experience and technical knowledge of building design including various tenure types from standalone houses to the private rental sector and retail design. He has a passion for environmental design and is knowledgeable about sustainable initiatives and the use of modern methods of construction within the sector.

Laura Pargeter
Studio Manager
Laura is the Studio Manager at POD Architects and manages the day to day organization of the studio in central London. Working closely with the Directors, on matters including HR, ISO Management System, finance, marketing, administrative support and recruitment. She supports the smooth running of the studio to help provide the ideal working environment for the POD team.
