Located within the popular area of Clapham, this project redefined an existing end of terrace commercial property into three high-end residential apartments with an enlarged ground floor retail unit.

A number of options were developed during the initial stages of this project. This gave varying alternatives to the client. POD worked extensively with the client and Quantity Surveyor to value engineer the most appropriate scheme. The potential of the site was explored in a number of designs which included varying levels of development, extensions, flats, outdoor space, retail space and layouts.
